Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often single out the chilli beef, shredded in one account and crispy in another, with the prawn toast and chicken chow mein close behind. Others name half a duck with pancakes and plum, king prawn curry, sizzling plates and fried rice. They describe the food as fresh, hot and tasty, with generous portions and meat that was soft. Service earns nearly as much praise as the cooking. Diners mention friendly, attentive staff, food arriving quickly, and a large anniversary group handled with quick orders and drinks. Several also call the restaurant clean, and one says it catered for a dietary need. The only criticism is mild: one reviewer found the salt chilli tofu more mild to moderate than spicy. A couple of visitors say weekends were busy, with one glad they booked a table and another saying they would phone ahead. One regular notes the owner remembered them on each of three visits in four months.

“Not had a Chinese sit down meal for a long time. So did some homework and found this place. Wasn't disappointed. Booked online and got a response/confirmation in good time. Our daughter loves Chinese noodle dishes and she loved it. Chow mean, fried rice dish, spring rolls and chicken wings. Everything was fresh and piping hot, food arrived very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very attentive to all guests. We were there 5pm on a Saturday and there were a steady flow of people mostly booked. So I'd probably phone. They have a website so check the menu online. Overall food was delicious, hot and fresh, Chicken in the dishes was beautiful, chicken fried was beautiful. Will definitely be back.”
