  “my order was passed between three different staff members, none of whom seemed to know what the others were doing. This lack of communication resulted in me being overcharged. When I asked them to double-check the total, the staff were unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. To make matters worse, the food quality was very poor. I would not recommend this place due to the chaotic management and the quality of the meal."”

  “WALKED IN ASKED FOR FRESH DONNER THE DUDE STARTED GETTING IT FROM SOME CONTAINER. THE LAST TIME I HAD IT FROM THERE IT TASTED SOLID. SO I ASKED NICELY CAN I HAVE FRESH DONNER PLEASE I DONT MIND WAITING THE RUDE STAFF TOLD ME WELL DONT HAVE IT THEN IT WAS THE BOLD DUDE THATS BEEN THERE FOR A FEW YEARS THAT LIKES TO LOOK UP AND DOWN AT GIRLS ILL LEAVE ANOTHER REVIEW WITH HIS PICTURE SOON NEED THE YOUNG LADS BACK THIS PLACE IS BECOMING A JOKE”

  “I'm guessing if you're not a local / regular to this place you really won't be able to stomach it! I got myself a portion of niblets and sausage for a quick bit as I was passing through. 2 hours later got the runs. Definitely not going there again, ever!”

  “31.8.25 Quality of food remains good - Saqibs from Lozells have the best donner though. Bit disappointed that their prices have gone up yet again - 5th time in about same number of years. Went also for large fish and chips and their chicken donner pen of the best around. 31.10.24 One of my favourites chip shops around Aston Lozells. I’ve recommended to many family members and they all love it. Food remains tasty and portions decent. Our top choices from here is the fish and chips, donner and fried chicken ain’t bad.”

  “Even in kebab/chicken shops, there should be a standard when it comes to the food people are paying money for. I feel like the food doesn’t taste good, there should be some reviewing on the way things are cooked/seasoned because the kebab is average but the chicken and chips quality is bad, I think the chips have potential but there’s something off with the taste, maybe reusing oil too much? I had to throw my meal away sadly last 2 times I bought because it didn’t taste good. A shame because it’s in a decent location, needs improving. UKs fried chicken down the road in Aston has much better tasting chicken.”

  “Cheeese almighty the best mixed doner meat in naan/fries about.💣boom.. (one of the most tastiest dish on menu). There's other like the grilled chicken breast burgers and my best fav chicken n chips (cheapest boom dish on menu).😛 Honestly great tasty n fresh food and on top excellent priced menu not too expensive. If any complaints then my problem is during busy periods the staff (one particular staff i guess) and my damm luck he served me and mashed up my order 😠 mans lost (he was slow unresponsive when telling him).. Apart from him the quality and taste of food deserves 5* .. Update as of June 2023. There has been a decline in food quality & service. With prices rising on all items you'd expect a little extra quality (if not then at least give extra quantity). Staff are very young & inexperienced in customer service. Lastly in today's world with all the technology at our disposal - they only accept "cash only" no debit cards for payments. 😏 New update: Finally accepting debit card payments. Some days you can pay with debit card and some days cash only. Food taste quality differs depending on who is cooking it. The young lad, with great service cos the best, whenever he taken my offer the food is boom bang on. Other staff either burn posts, over or under cook, either by rushing the cooking or not paying attention. But for the money you can't really complain composted to other takeaways”

  “Always cooked to perfection, great little takeaway. Prices have increased last time i went but it is still worth it. Sometimes it can get very busy and its hard for everyone to fit inside the shop. Will visit again very soon”

  “Food from here is quite tasty. For me it's the best chippy in that locality. Only downside side is the customer service is a bit hit or miss. As recently have been chopping and changing staff. So you just have to double check your order to make sure its right Edit Review... Unfortunately the prices have increased considerably and certain meal portions have decreased”
