Customer Review Summary
Cocktails and the bartenders who serve them are what reviewers return to most. One drinker was recommended the Zombie, loved it and plans to order it again. Another praises a mango chilli Margherita on a Thursday evening, and a third says the cocktails were presented very well and tasted sublime. Several describe the bartenders as friendly and welcoming, walking guests through the menu, and one says the host alone would bring them back. The doormen and security team also get called friendly by visitors who travelled in from other cities. Live music followed by a DJ on a Saturday night keeps the atmosphere lively and high energy without feeling too crowded, and one reviewer liked the mix of genres. The main complaint is small. The ladies' toilets were not restocked with toilet paper regularly, so one group had to ask staff several times. Birthday visits come up more than once, including one where the bartenders' banter and passion set the tone for the start of the celebration.

“Being a customer of B@1 since the 1st establishment have opened I have to say that this is the most disgusting experience so far. After being served flat tasteless bloody merry in Cardiff now refused an entry as " no single male" are allowed. I will never come back to this chain. The chain went from fake and acted service to refusing entry and hostile security searches. Never again”

“I had a great experience, came down from Nottingham and was treated with such kindness, amazing time honestly. Big up to the security team especially Omar!”

“Great place for a night out! (Take it from a northerner🤣)The music had a good mix of genres, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff were friendly and professional—which was a refreshing change. The venue was clean, including the dance floor, and the drinks were about the standard price for a night out in Birmingham. The only downside was the ladies’ toilets. They were clean, but the toilet paper wasn’t topped up regularly, so we had to ask a few times. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Be At One and would happily return.”

“Served by Ty and Saul, both so friendly and helpful!! Live music was insane on Saturday night and the dj that followed kept the high energy vibe. Great atmosphere without feeling too crowded!!”
