“Absolutely terrible experience, I cannot stress enough — do not order from here. I placed an order, and first off, it took over 1.5 hours to arrive. When it finally got here, the food was stone cold, the entire order was wrong, and the quality was really poor — nothing tasted fresh or nice at all. I called straight away to report this, and explained clearly that my daughter has allergies and couldn’t eat the food they’d sent, as it wasn’t what we ordered. The man on the phone was incredibly rude, started shouting at me, was aggressive, and then just hung up on me mid-conversation. I tried calling back from my partner’s phone to speak to someone else or resolve it, and got exactly the same treatment — shouting, rudeness, and no help whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did they mess up the order, deliver late and cold, and serve bad food, but their attitude towards a serious matter like allergies is dangerous and shocking. I will never be ordering again, and I’m telling everyone I know to stay far away.”
