Customer Review Summary
Ribs draw the most mentions, from barbecue spare ribs described as plentiful with a very good sauce to salt and pepper ribs, which one reviewer found too fatty with too little meat. Close behind are salt and pepper mushrooms, praised by a diner who added them on a server's suggestion, along with crispy beef with chili sauce, beef in oyster sauce, special chow mein, and pancake rolls full of meat. Several mention good value, quick service, and free extras such as prawn crackers, spring rolls, or cookies, especially on larger collection orders. The Singapore dishes divide opinion. One reviewer found the Singapore rice saucier than expected, while another called the Singapore noodles supremely salty with broken rice noodles, and was told to order less salty next time. Others call the shredded chicken basically chicken strips and the spring rolls tasteless. One reviewer reports suspected food poisoning after a chicken fried rice order. Another describes burnt chicken balls that the owner insisted were simply how they are done when brought back two days later.

“At first attracted by special offers, then when I enter the shop it got worse... Finally paid then picked up my order. Noticed that the guy tied up my bag quickly and gave to to me... Took the meal home with great anticipations only to find the chicken balls were burnt and not edible. Tried taking them back but the shop was closed. Finally took them two days later, luckily he remembered me because of the special offer Chinese bag. Explained the situation and showed him the balls... He stated if I did not like them. I explained no way does Chinese food ( the balls) look like this and not able to eat it. He went on to say that's how they do them. I shown him the picture that showed ball but he was adamant he doesn't do them with a golden brown colour. He did state I should not come back if I don't like them. He could only offer a refund since that is the only way they do chicken balls that colour then stated he has no more left 😏 Definitely not going back and would not recommend anyone there.”

“I ordered the salt and pepper ribs with the Singapore vegetable rice. The young man who took my order convinced me to also get the salt and pepper mushrooms which were amazing!!! Only reason not a 5 star is because I didn’t expect the Singapore rice to be saucy I would have liked it to have been drier”

“Rubbish food. I ordered the Singapore fired noodles, it was supreme salty and the rice noodles were all broken. Looked horrible. I rang to the shop informed them that I couldn’t eat the noodles, tasted horrible salty. They told me that next time to order less salty. First time I heard like this, ridiculous”
