Customer Review Summary
Praise centers on the salt and pepper prawns, with the special curry and battered prawns also named, and diners describe hot food, huge portions, fast delivery and great prices. One reviewer enjoyed the pork chow mein and the beef and prawns in black pepper sauce. Close behind, several single out the friendly staff at the counter and on delivery. Others say the cooking has slipped. A returning customer found the chow mien had more veg than noodles, only six pieces of meat and hardly any sauce. Another describes mushy fried rice, bland salt and pepper ribs and extra spicy Singapore noodles with no heat. A third calls the curry sauce thin and the salt n chilli chips cardboard. One reviewer reports being ill for days after the chicken chow mein, which they attribute to E. coli. Another says the counter staff were rude and refused to fix a wrong order, and a different order arrived with the chilli crispy beef missing its sauce.

“I received wrong food last night called but the girl was rude and didn’t want to speak and refuse to sort the order or refuse to give owners emails of phone number and said I have made the wrong order what they said wrong order. Really bad customer service. The girl on the counter doesn’t know how to deal with customers.”
