  “I always like to visit this place because of delicious food. Fairy legend burger and mango drink is my favourite. today ordered £29 food but mango drink was tasteless.its taste was just like water. Very less mango syrup added by Member of staff. Still like this place. 😀”

  “Served by a polite young chap who half forced me into giving feedback, hopefully in the hope to take over from the current manager as he should do, as it's not a great review. The toilet was sign posted clearly from within the shop/dining floor but reaching the corridor which lead to the unisex toilet made me stumble upon the prayer room (which I'm guessing was the ladies toilet many moons ago before people forgot about science and the facts of there being only 2 genders and having a defunct space) and unfortunately finding it blocked I had to disturb stagnation (thankfully only with urine) but the nice young lad serving allowed the missus to use the staff toilets to not torment her with the smell of stagnant urine that i had to endure. Overall the server was very polite and accommodating, the food isn't terrible, and the burgers are quite nice and better than a McDonald's but dont expect anything exceptional as the price matches the expectations of the food, overall 5 out of 10 food, the premises 2 out of 10, the service due the the nice lad serving 8 out of 10. Overall 15/30”

  “Me and my family came down to eat our food after an appointment. The place was very accessible for my disabled sister. The food was tasty and fresh. Our server was Bushra and she made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The Salad in the burger was lovely and fresh, the sauce was fiyahh, and my mom enjoyed it ☺️”

  “Food was amazing taste was delicious place was very clean! Amara - our server, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. I came with a young child who she was very patient with, she checked in with us that everything was ok. I really felt like the service I received was better than some à la carte restaurants I’ve been to. Will definitely come back.”

  “This is my local branch and I cannot fault it, Iqza serves us quickly, efficiently and always with a warm smile. Excellent customer service. It does get busy in here during peak times..but the food is always outstanding and delicious 😋”

  “Ordered through just eat so can't really give full stars for service although arrived in 30 minutes. Nice packaging and well presented. Food was a good temperature also. Signature fries could be so much better, tasted alright but I feel a crispier fry would hold up much better and maybe tossed in some salt or seasoning. Too much cheese took away from the signature sauce making soggy fries, nice enough flavour though. Adding the fire powder too mine which did make them alot tastier but not spicy just a little kick. Chicken burgers were nice had mine with signature spicy but again not very spicy just a kick. Decent tasting but chicken could of been a bit crispier for some crunch and not much difference in size too the club burger other than price. Overall enjoyed by the family and got free cod sticks which I gave the cat as no flavour.”
