  “First time visiting here but it was recommended by a family member in the group and it did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly, the place was very clean, good selection on the menu at reasonable prices, the food came promptly although we were a large group, everything was correct, cooked perfectly and very very tasty. I hope one is opened in Gloucester where we live, thanks 😊”

  “Excellent burger place. Burgers were on the smaller side but where it falls on quantity it more than makes up in quality. Fresh ingredients and freshly made. Double up if hungrier. Fries were the skinny variety and is also fresh, hot and plentiful. Perfect service too!”

  “Amazing food, always a pleasure to eat at burger and sauce, amazing staff and service, in particular a staff member names raeesah. She’s polite, enthusiastic and always has a smile on her face when greeting customers. Always ensures that the food is given at the best standard and checks up on customers to ensure that they had a great meal and always encourages the customers to come back. I’m grateful to be one of those customers and hope to see more people like herself.”

  “Got a burger meal today with loaded chips and it was goooood. At first they got my order wrong but they fixed it pretty quick and was fresh and hot. Amina was really nice and welcoming, took our order and got us the food as well, top customer from her!🙏🏿”

  “Absolutely awful service. I ordered a burger and clearly specified NO lettuce and NO onions. I don’t like lettuce and I am allergic to onions, which makes this even more serious. Got home, opened the burger, and surprise surprise FULL of lettuce and onions. Exactly the two things I explicitly said I didn’t want. What is the point of having customisation options if you’re just going to ignore them? Because of this, I couldn’t eat the food at all and had to throw it straight in the bin. Completely wasted my money and my time. This isn’t just a small mistake ignoring allergy-related requests is dangerous and unacceptable. I expected better, but clearly food instructions don’t matter here. Won’t be ordering again and definitely wouldn’t recommend if you actually expect your order to be made correctly.”
