“Delicious food, good atmosphere, pleasant staff Aug/Sep 2020. Would have given five stars, but we visited last week after receiving an email to say they would be deducting 50%, sadly they didn't, even when I asked.”

“Food was good, but the service over the phone today was really disappointing. I spoke to who I believe was the manager — She had an Eastern European accent — and it didn't go well at all. I order from here a lot, and I've noticed I always get barely any cheese with my pasta. I phoned today to ask for a proper amount and explained I don’t want to go out and buy cheese myself like last time — and the exact same thing happened again: hardly any cheese the amount was a little Sprinkle again on the top . When I called back to say this isn't good enough, I was told the cheese is 'free' and I should just accept it. I said if that's the case, then charge me for it properly — don't offer it as a free extra and then give practically nothing. Instead of just sorting it, she just argued with me the whole time. Really disappointed.”
