Customer Review Summary
Reviewers praise the lunch, especially a salmon and soft cheese bagel and a bread pudding the staff offered to warm, eaten in the garden. Friendly staff and a spacious layout with high chairs also come up. The main complaint is overpriced retail: one says a Thriller record was labelled mint despite corner wear, and another found a fairy stone cheaper online.

“Records in the record section can be ridiculously overpriced and misgraded. A lot of charity shop junk for £5-£8. Michael Jackson - Thriller labelled mint and £25. The fact that it isn't sealed means it isn't mint and corner wear to go with it. CDs £10+ that will be on Ebay for a couple of pounds. Whoever runs the record section doesn't even a knowledge your existence. All of the above is a real shame, because I've got good things from here in the past. Really hit and miss, with more misses.”

“It’s quite spacious, and they also have high chairs and a nappy-changing table.”

“We bought a Moss St diffuser and a heart shaped fairy stone for a birthday gift while in this shop. Both items I've since discovered could have been bought for far less elsewhere. The fairy stone was £5.95 in their shop but that stone is sold by the maker online with a SECOND stone for £4.19 the PAIR!! A total rip off and the guy serving didn't seem bothered while he was serving me. Nah, not for me thanks.”

“Friendly staff and lovely garden for lunch. The salmon and soft cheese in a bagel was delicious. And being offered to warm the bread pudding was something i never tried, it was very tasty warmed. Will be going back as soon as possible.”
