Customer Review Summary
Diners most often single out the generous curry portions, described as full of flavour and made with quality ingredients, with one reviewer saying each curry they tried beat the last. One reviewer points to the chicken or lamb tikka naga for those who can handle the heat and has gone back twice for it. Close behind is the staff, called friendly, attentive and helpful, with waiters explaining the various dishes and a manager who gave recommendations and accommodated one diner's needs. A few also mention a fair price and a great atmosphere. The complaints are specific and come from a minority. One reviewer who came with a party of ten was squashed onto a table for eight, five to a side, and felt the visit contradicted the restaurant's reputation. Another found the drinks pricey, citing a mixer, and was seated facing the sun so directly that the waiter had to shield his eyes. Still, one diner who brought their nan for a birthday meal says the staff made her day extra special.

“Food, service, value for money - everything is excellent about this restaurant so it seemed the obvious choice for dinner when my family was visiting. WRONG! There were 10 of us and we were squashed onto a table for 8 (2 x tables for 4), 5 of us to a side.”
