About Prezzo Italian Restaurant Bicester
Prezzo Italian Restaurant Bicester is an Italian restaurant on the B4100 in Bicester, set up for sit-down family meals and quick lunches. The kitchen runs an on-site pizza oven alongside a broader Italian menu, and the dining room is set out for groups with children, with staff who engage kids at the table. Plates reach the table quickly, which suits a time-pressed stop, and the team marks birthdays by singing to the guest. Lunches and dinners are served in a room that works for walk-ins and family bookings alike.

Customer Review Summary
Diners single out the food as the main draw at Prezzo Bicester, with multiple reviewers describing it as fresh, hot, and delicious, and several calling out family meals as a strength thanks to approachable staff who offer activities for children. Service is praised in equal measure, with visitors repeatedly noting the team as helpful and attentive, and one recounting that a staff member went out of their way to sing happy birthday during their visit, which they say made the evening. The clearest recurring complaint is the indoor temperature, with one diner reporting that the air conditioning had been broken for weeks and that the restaurant felt hot, even after asking staff about it; the same reviewer found the team and food lovely despite the conditions. A few also mention occasional short staffing and a sense of slight rudeness, though they still describe the food as delicious. Several suggest it works well for family dinners and pre-film visits where the food comes out quickly.

“Food & staff are lovely in Prezzo Bicester, however, please fix your air con system, I was told by member of staff, when I asked why it was so hot in the restaurant, that the air con had been broken for a number of weeks, not ideal in this warm weather with a pizza oven 🥵”
