“Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with both the food and the service. For our starter, we ordered prawns and it was very obvious that frozen prawns had been used. They had a really strong unpleasant fishy taste and the sauce tasted like they had simply been mixed with tomato paste. It wasn’t enjoyable at all. The pasta we ordered was also very disappointing and didn’t have a nice or proper pasta taste. The overall quality of the food was much lower than we expected. The service was also extremely slow and unorganised. We specifically asked for our wine and starter to come first, but instead they brought the main food before our drinks. The wine and spicy margarita we ordered arrived much later. We had also asked for water as soon as we sat down, but we finished our entire meal and the water never came. Whenever we tried to ask the staff for something, we often felt ignored, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, the food quality was poor, the service was very delayed, and unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing. We definitely expected much better.”
