About Cecconi's Bicester
Cecconi's Bicester is an Italian restaurant on Pingle Drive, set around a wood-fired oven whose stone surface is visible from the dining area and used to cook pizza. The menu runs from pasta and pizza dishes to a sea bass main, with calamari among the starters. A private dining room at the back serves groups, and dogs are welcome in the space. Booking covers the room through the week, and the kitchen sits at the heart of the room, giving the dining area a clear view of the oven in operation.

“Food had no right being as good as it was. Burrata is hard to get really, really right - kitchen smashed it out the park. Beautiful beetroot accents, but not overpowering as it sometimes can be. Smoked salmon wonderful, and the gluten free bread! Gluten free bread is always an afterthought; a hasty addition to a kitchen’s menu. Not here! Service was really, really good too. We had a lovely gentleman called Dimitris - incredibly professional, kind and warm. Great experience.”

“It was bank holiday Monday when we visited Bicester Village. It was so busy due to long weekend and kids are on vacation. After a day of shopping we’ve decided to eat somewhere nearby and we came across this restaurant and we’ve decided to try it. We’re expecting it to be really busy inside but we got seated right away given that there’s 7 of us already. The staff were very attentive and took our orders right away, give or take in 10mins our starters arrived then followed our mains, they were so quick and efficient. The food that we had was really tasty and delicious. We had pasta, pizza and sea bass and the most I’ve enjoyed is the calamari. Would love to try the other dishes but we are full. The interiors inside looks good and its so cosy inside. We were sat down in front of the pizza section, it’s nice to see how they make it and cook it in a wood-fired oven with a stone surface. All in all, it was a very nice visit and recommend to others to try as well. 5⭐️”
