Customer Review Summary

Diners most often praise the food at Hazine, from fresh salads and meze to a crisp börek with oozing cheese, king prawns, and a red mullet one reviewer called the star of lunch. Close behind is the Saturday night live music and DJ, which several credit for the atmosphere. A Wagyu steak with Turkish red wines and crème brûlée, a sweet and strong Zombie cocktail suggested by a waitress, and big breakfast portions also draw mention. Service is described as friendly, attentive and welcoming. Many came for birthdays, anniversaries or date nights. The caution is small: one group found the set lunch portions right but suggests big eaters choose something else, and the Wagyu steak is called not cheap. One reviewer notes weekends call for a reservation. One birthday lunch began with a manager moving a guest to the coolest part of the room and ended with the table being sung to.

“I had a really lovely experience at Hazine in Bexleyheath. Even though my friends and I only came in for drinks, the atmosphere was amazing, the vibes were really good, and the staff were so welcoming and lovely. A special shoutout to our waitress, Seda, who honestly made our experience even better! She was so friendly, attentive and helpful, and recommended a cocktail called the Zombie to me and my friends. It was the perfect recommendation because it was both sweet and strong! She really knew what she was talking about and made sure we had a great time. It’s always nice when staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, even when you’re just popping in for drinks. I would definitely recommend Hazine if you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere, lovely staff and good cocktails. If you visit, definitely ask for Seda — she won’t disappoint! ❤️✨”

“This restaurant is amazing and can’t believe we haven’t visited before now. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent with a DJ creating a good vibe on the Saturday night. The food was so delicious and full of flavour and a very reasonable price for such a beautiful place. We will definitely be back!!”

“If you’re looking for exceptional food and a great morning, afternoon or evening, I highly recommend Hazine. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the chefs are truly outstanding. It’s lovely to have a restaurant nearby with such high standards. I don’t often eat out in Bexleyheath, as I’ve found the food elsewhere disappointing, but Hazine has really impressed me. They clearly understand great food and take pride in what they serve. A real local gem! BTW I went midday today so photos are just of breakfast and lunch.”

“A fantastic family evening at Hazine We visited Hazine in Bexleyheath on Saturday evening as a family and had such a wonderful time. There was a lovely atmosphere from the moment we arrived, and the huge variety of food meant there was something for everyone. We started with a selection of fresh salads and delicious meze, which were beautifully presented and full of flavour. There was then so much choice, from lamb and chicken to an impressive selection of fish and seafood. My personal favourite was the börek, which was cooked to perfection, beautifully crisp with succulent cheese oozing out as you bite into it. Absolutely delicious! The boys loved the king prawns, which were perfectly cooked and full of flavour. It was great to have such a varied menu when dining as a family. The service was spot on throughout the evening. The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming, which really added to the experience without ever feeling intrusive. And to top it all off, being there on a Saturday night meant we got to enjoy the live music and entertainment, which created a fantastic atmosphere and made it feel like much more than just a meal out. Delicious food, great service, lovely staff and fantastic entertainment, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will definitely be returning!”

“Our visit was to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our table, all was well. I started having a hot flush and was struggling with the heat, the manager noticed and offered to move us to the coolest part of the restaurant. I appreciated he spotted and helped as it helped me enjoy the whole lunch. We had a lovely lunch, all enjoyed the food. Easy switch from rice to Bulgar on a dish and the staff were helpful and hospitable. Nice touch being sung to at the end of our meal and cant believe we've never visited before. We will be back soon. Thank you for a lovely chilled birthday lunch.”
