Customer Review Summary
Service is the recurring complaint. One reviewer says pizza was practically thrown onto the table on a first visit and that a second visit, when a few friends asked to order pizza alongside drinks, was treated as an inconvenience. Others mention a rude member of staff, an online collection with items missing, and a pizza that could not be cut when requested. Food gripes include a burnt crust, a watery carbonara, and gelato that one diner calls just ice cream, below the pizza's standard.

“We went in this establishment last night & I can honestly say this was one of the nicest pizza I’ve ever had. My partner had the meatballs & they were very tasty as well. Will definitely use again if in the area & would highly recommended people try it here.”

“Lovely pizza and pasta. We came in late and Paul and Lewis couldn't be more accommodating. My partner said the pizza was the best he has ever tasted and my pasta was really tasty. We will be back and highly recommend this restaurant. Andy and Karen”

“Our very first visit this evening although we're regular to Beccles..... The food was amazing and the dirty dough balls to die for! Had the specials pizza with nectarine, spinach and gorgonzola....wow! Glad we shared! Staff absolutely lovely! We'll be back soon and now wondering why it took us so long! A little gem of a place!!!”

“Gone seriously downhill. Over staffed and seemingly unable to cut a pizza when requested.”

“The pizza was nice but quite burnt on the crust. The carbonara was also like water instead of a thick sauce but had quite abit of flavour. Our server was lovely however the guy with the glasses was quite rude. Parking was also really bad. Along with the atmosphere, it wasn’t great. Don’t really recommend.”
