Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the generous portions and hot, fast delivery, with salt and chilli baked spare ribs, salt and chilli prawns and a well-liked prawn toast named among the favourites. Close behind are the free extras several describe finding in the bag, including a chop suey roll, prawn crackers and prawn toast marked "free to try". Others praise a Kung Po with cashews and peanuts, beef in black beans sauce, lemon chicken strips and beef chow mein, and a few call the staff friendly or the customer service great. The complaints are less uniform. One reviewer found the chicken chow mein a little salty, and another noted a delivery charge despite a large order. One says sauce spilt through the bag and the food was poor, and another describes a delivery that took nearly two hours. One reviewer reports feeling unwell after eating on several occasions, and another describes a server who quoted a higher price than the menu and dismissed the complaint, with tough, chewy chicken. One takeaway customer was handed meat pancake rolls and prawn crackers free when offered a prawn dish.

“I haven’t ate a lot from here as I’m autistic and only order lemon chicken strips and chips from here. I can say they are insanely good and definitely recommend to taste. Unfortunately the only bad thing I can say about this place is the fish tank. I don’t know if they still keep fishes in there but if they do, they need to clean their tank”

“I haven't been for a while now, but have been unwell shortly after eating on the past 3+ occasions. They seem busy but can't keep up. Staff don't have manners because theyre stressed and rushing. I must have bad luck everytime I've been! Delivery service is shocking, waited nearly 2hrs before for the delivery driver to answer the phone after they closed, explaining they were on their way. Shocking!”
