Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return most to the friendly, helpful staff and the service, which several call excellent, with the food close behind. Diners single out garlic naan as fantastic, and one praises a chilli chicken masala from a takeaway order that was made hotter to taste. Starters, poppadoms with a pickle tray, and pilau rice also appear in accounts of family dinners and nights out with friends, and one diner paired the meal with a pint of Kingfisher. Several describe the atmosphere as relaxed, calm and welcoming, and one admires the building from outside. A few note portion sizes are good and the cost is in line with other Indian restaurants nearby, with one saying the price leaves nothing to complain about. Many are first-time visitors who say they plan to return, and one regular says they have never had a bad meal. One takeaway customer mentions plenty of parking, and a Tuesday night visitor found it quiet but still wants to come back on a busier evening.
