  “Ordered food at 5.30pm today, had to call them at 6.30 to check on our order as it had said 20mins delivery. Had to repeat the order several times and the cost as well as they said it was the incorrect amount explained it was an online booking and that was the cost. They then said wr had to pick it up ourselves even though we had paid delivery. Then came out with the nonsense our address was blocked.....we have ordered several times since start of year. They said it was a glitch on the computer, no apology and to get in touch with customer service for a refund. Absolutely disgraceful and have now lost us as customers.”

  “The woman that works the phone at night needs fired. Last month I ordered a pizza that never arrived, I called the store and she claims i was called three times by them, which was just a complete lie considering i received no calls and had nothing in my call history. She claimed she would give me a refund which i never got, and i had to call the store a week later to get it. If that wasn't bad enough, a second incident happened tonight. I called her wondering where my delivery was since it had been an hour since i ordered, when she proceeded to give completely unclear and cheeky answers while laughing on the phone. Then, we were informed the delivery driver left the pizzas at the doorstep of the wrong house, received it from him an hour after it was out for delivery freezing cold, and i can't make it up when i say there were ants and a slug inside the boxes. You'd think this place was operating in a shanty town, actually ridiculous.”

  “I ordered and paid £17 for a pizza on Uber eats for a foreign female delivery driver who refused to deliver my food to my door she couldn't find the address and rang me to ask where I was so I directed her up the street to my home she wouldn't bring the pizza up to my door and wanted me to walk down in the freezing cold at half 1 in the morning due to her laziness she then drove off with my food which I paid for and I never got it absolutely disgusting service but I will be seeking legal procedures against them avoid this company at all costs .”

  “Left the money for the young boy with glasses “paul it says” not sure though. He banged on my door and told me i was short money when i left the exact amount got an attitude with me straight away after i politely asked him if he was sure, i gave him the extra money anyways but not pleased .”

  “ordered to collect at 6pm (10-16 minute wait time) and didnt receive food until 7.20. when i got the food it was stone cold and had to be reheated. i had to check on my order 3 times so they wouldnt forget and the woman at the till told me they lost one of my large pizzas and she could offer me a refund, to which (im assuming) her manager shouted that the pizza was in the oven. she then came back 10 minutes later and said the same thing (item lost... refund....) and i told her he said it was in the oven, and she said oh okay then its in the oven. ridiculous waiting time and the food was not worth it whatsoever. avoid!”

  “Placed an order on Wednesday evening 18/12 order number 614787279. The order went in the opposit direction and didnt arrive for an hour with no apology. The order was cold so i called the store and organised a re deliver which never turned up. I phoned back 50 minutes later to be hung up on twice then handed over to a foreign woman who had to get a translator to speak with me, the order was (AGAIN) re ordered after agreeing to an hour wait as they where busy. To my surprise it didn't turn up!!. After a long conversation with Mathew the area manager the following day I was promised a re order and a coupon as an apology for the terrible service, I have just phoned to order food (friday 20/12) and was told there is no record of my order or coupon. Absolute joke of a service never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a paying customer”

  “Driver forgot a pizza on order. Ensured us he was going back to store to collect and bring it straight over to us. Waited 1 hour then called store. Store said driver did come in but they didn't send it out as driver went home and they didn't want to send it out to us as too close to closing time. Offered voucher but had no contact from store to let us know the pizza wasn't going to be delivered, only found this out when we called 10 mins before closing.”

  “Not happy at all my sister went to the shop and they said they will not serve her because two weeks ago she caused a disturbance in the shop.But she was not in the shop two weeks ago.This was her first time this year she thought they maybe got confused with me and her even though we look nothing alike!. I called the shop and he hung up the call knowing that they were wrong about the situation.! So I called them back and explained to them that I have not go pizza for them sence be for m birthday. My birthday was almost a month ago not two weeks not happy and all and I don’t think I will go back.!”

  “Excellent delivery service, having received my order in just over 20 minutes. Pizza and nachos were very tasty. My only criticism is the prices that keep rising! It's a rare treat.”
