Customer Review Summary

Reviewers come back to this village coffee shop mostly for the coffee, calling it great and, in one case, the best in town. Close behind are the cakes and a toasted currant teacake, plus friendly staff and a welcoming feel. One reviewer's only gripe is that it is closed on Saturdays. Another describes an evening with chicken wings and a singer.

“All coffee shops should be like this, I love it here. If I have one gripe, is that it's not open on a Saturday but I don't hold that against them”
  • Glynis Page
“Lovely cafe. Super food and fantastic staff.”
  • Shaun Furlong
“Seriously rainy day and what a find of an amazing coffee shop. Proper village feel and although I haven’t been a Bacup native for a good 50 years, still warmly welcomed by lovely owner (Wendy?), staff and customers. Excellent coffee and toasted currant tea cake (not all teacakes are currant - ask anyone from the Rossendale Valley 😂) Won’t hesitate to return.”
  • Kristi Carr
“Very friendly staff and always accommodating and the food is lovely”
