“Incorrect toppings on pizza, offered to remake, but only if I drove back to the shop and swapped the pizza over. Why? What are you going to do with a pizza I return? Don’t want to come out again for a second time, when the rest of the family are sat eating their pizzas. Not good customer service, more concern for profits over customer satisfaction.”

“I went in to collect an order. i paid for buffalo hot sauce which i did not receive. i paid for cinnamon dippers which came with no icing so it was just plain bread. our order was marked as ready to collect 5 minutes before we revived our food. i called up the restaurant and spoke to travis once realising i was missing the icing where i was told they would send the items out to me. i asked for the sauce to be refunded as we had already eaten the pizzas but i wanted the dessert resending. an hour later and nothing had showed up so i called up again to find out he had refunded both items instead. overall huge lack of care and not good customer service”

“DO NOT ORDER!! Cannot comment on the atmosphere and the service was speedy however, having ordered on Tuesday night and its now Friday. I have been sick and unwell for 3 days straight since eating here. The following morning was horrendous and since then i have been unable to keep any other food down and have had a stabbing pain in my abdomen. Seriously considering going to hospital. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“The pizzas are always nice from this branch but they are never cut through! Either need shaper blades or a stronger hand.”

“Not only was I sent the wrong pizza, which took 1 hour and 40 minutes from ordering to arrive, when it arrived it was cold, stiff as a board and they had sent completely the wrong pizza. I refused to accept it and sent it back. Then when I called Dominos Alfreton to complain the man who took the call was nasty on the phone and said he wouldn't make another pizza for me as they were about to close and that if I didn't like it they would block any further orders I might make through the app in the future. There's no way I could have these people prepare my food again. I've deleted the app and closed my online account.”
