Pizzas draw the most praise, with reviewers calling them beautiful and long-time regulars returning for years. “Been going here for 30 odd years now and I have to say in the last 12 months things have changed. The pizzas often come burnt and the wedges dry. Not sure what’s happened but it’s a shame as this place has a reputation for great cooked food for years now and judging by the other reviews here by long time customers something has gone wrong.”

“Handsome man at the counter with gorgeous curtains. 8/10 smash would recommend if he lasted longer.”

“Just taken delivery of a pizza from Chick King. Got to say ... I love their pizzas... but this one was completely destroyed by ''Just Eat". See the pictures. When I rang the shop to get it replaced... I got a lot of verbal from the manageress. This was undoubtedly 'Just Eats' problem but .... and this is a big but .... Chick King could have done a lot more to sort it. "Not my problem" and putting the phone down on me doesn't cut it. Chick King ..... I recommend you stop taking orders via Just Eat. They're giving you a bad name.”
