  “AROMA PIZZA AND GRILL! Yesterday I ordered a kids 8 inch pizza and fries meal to recieve this!!! Turned my pizza around to find a moldy pizza base! I rung them up to tell them, they was short snappy and very unhelpful the words sorry didn't even leave their mouths. They wanted to send me another pizza out I refused. I said no I want a refund. They then went on to say no we cant help you take it up with food hub! Luckily after an hour of trying to get through to a person I managed to get my refund. Just be careful guys this was a KIDS meal, they was happy to serve this to a child.”

  “I ordered last night for a delivery, never received my order. Money taken out of my bank account, tried contacting them over 7 times and no answer even emailed twice with a copy of my receipt still no reply. Won’t be ordering from there ever again!”

  “Ordered for delivery at midnight and received the food at 2am. Missing 2 orders of chips. We rang up and they refused to give us our chips. Having to refund the chips. Food was cold and hard. This is the second time this has happened, the first time the staff swore at me over the phone. Don't eat here.”

  “Don’t bother chicken shish kebab is frozen chicken cubes from ice at first glance looks like a crab stick pink around edges 😂😂 delivery if you are hungry I suggest ordering day before I’ve previously ordered from here before and was actually ok but this time never again”

  “Ordered food at 1.15AM said it was delivered between 1.45 and 2.05. Once 2.05 arrived and I didnt get any notification of delivery I waited by the door until 2.45 still no knock. So I call after about 40 ish minutes of it being late and I give them the post code again and i am ignored while they call someone else while I'm on the line after 2 minutes they go silent and hang up. After another 25 minutes still nothing so I check outside and the food is there stone cold while it had been raining and the weather 3°. There was no knock and no notification, they brought the wrong drinks and less food than ordered.”

  “Yesterday my boyfriend and I ordered two wraps – one chicken doner wrap and one mix wrap (lamb, chicken shish and tikka chicken). My boyfriend clearly asked for more chicken than lamb in the mix wrap and the staff member wrote it down on paper. He even came back twice to confirm the order. My boyfriend’s wrap was correct, although too much sauce had leaked out. However, my mix wrap was completely wrong – it contained only lamb and not a single piece of chicken. That’s not what we ordered and we paid full price. The staff seemed to struggle with English, which may have caused confusion, but the order was written down and confirmed twice. It’s disappointing and makes us unsure about coming back.”

  “The extras I paid for weren't present - when I called the restaurant I was told to complain to the service provider (!?!? Not their fault) who apologised and advised that I'd be compensated for my lack of paid items to the tune of £8.99 When I tried to order through the same service provider, no discount was applied. When I called the restaurant I was advised to contact the service provider .. after multiple back and forths with the restaurant becoming increasingly annoyed with me I eventually gave up. The food in no way compares to the terrible service”

  “Ordered food for delivery at 1:05am. Was told it would arrive in about 40 minutes. I'm a 5 minute drive from the shop. At 1:40am, I rang to ask where my order was as I still hadn't received either a link to pay or my food. I was told it would be out for delivery in 10 minutes. 3am still nothing! I rang again. Finally received my food at 3:40am. Was offered no apology, refund or other good will gesture. No courtesy phone call to explain why it took almost 3 hours to get a couple of kebabs. Food was average and the lamb doner tasted nothing like lamb. I wanted chicken shish but they didn't have that. Never again. Don't even bother. 1⭐️ is me being generous”

  “Not going to lie. This is the 3rd time ordered from here and the first two was OK. This time absolutely the worst food I've ever had. Delivery took 1hr 45 mins. They then arrived without any chips I ordered. And then I see the calzone with all burnt pepperoni. The dips were 70p each and look at the picture!! Is this a joke? I seriously don't understand why places do this. Lost a customer straight away and no doubt this place will shut within the next year or so if they carry on with this. Dreadful waste of money. Go elsewhere.”

  “Amazing food, and well stuffed pizza. extremely fresh, topping is full of chicken and veggies and you rarely have to ask for extra topping. sauces are amongst the best as well.”
