“After having to wait nearly 2 hours for the food to eventually arrive it was that cold we were not able to eat it. The chips where that cold they where soggy and the chicken balls where like leather Phone and told them I didn’t want it to refund me to be told that someone would come and collect the food first. The delivery service is a joke”

“I recently ordered from Oscar’s Palace and was really impressed. The food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavour. The portion sizes were generous and everything tasted like it had been cooked properly, not rushed like you sometimes get with takeaways. The salt and pepper dishes were especially good, and the sauces were rich and tasty. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, which made the whole experience even better. It’s definitely one of the better Chinese takeaways around. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great Chinese takeaway.”

“Good was great can’t say the same about the service had placed an order online and waited two hours before phoning to ask where my order was, then had to drive down myself and collect it all while being charged a delivery fee. When collecting I was then told the reason for the delay was down to staff arguing. This is unfortunate as the food was amazing however I would not order here again as this is the third time I’ve ordered and had over a 2hour delay.”

“Ordered a salt and pepper munchies box. Got home and opened an inedible pizza box almost full of chips absolutely saturated in salt! To the point you couldn't even eat a chip! The amount of salt was unreal!”

“Food is lovely and very well priced compared to others. I'd advise collecting though as delivery has been 2-3 hours on a few occasions.”

“I didn't think I could get a worse chinese than Michael's in deedes street. Turns out I could. The most disgusting food I have seen in a long time. Ribs actually stank. Fried rice was just clumps of goo. Chicken looked like it had been killed and put in a container bypassing the oven. The whole meal was put in a bag and buried in the wheelie bin to save from poisoning any wildlife. I will never order from this dive again.”

“I ordered for collection travelling 7 miles to collect my order. With specific allergen details. It came with everything I’d asked for none of (due to allergies) phoned to complain and was advised to call back for a replacement order whenever I wanted another order as I couldn’t eat any of it and obviously rice etc was pointless as couldn’t eat the main part of the meal. Phoned for my replacement tonight and they told me it’s been too long since I complained and won’t give me my replacement. £30/£40 orders every single time I placed an order. Never had an issue with the quality of food whatsoever but to treat a regular customer like this is shocking. They did offer to replace the order that night but that would’ve been 14 miles covered to collect first order them another 14 miles to change it. It’s not practical to travel all that. So was advised they’d replace whenever I was near and wanted the replacement. Terrible.”

“Phoned and spoke to a nice lady who took my order, there was no mention of a long delivery time so I placed my order, breast of chicken curry(spicy) fried rice and salt and chilli King prawns, best chinese food I have tasted in a long time, however would never phone a delivery again, waited an hour and a half, absolutely terrible, please let your customers know if there is a long waiting time, gives people the option if they want to wait that long or not. It is such a let down when the food was so good. 😏 This is why I can only give one star.”

“Dynamite takeaway. Chicken curry is excellent, thin noodle chow mein is great. My only tiny criticism is that there was hardly any sauce on the Peking ribs, but that's not enough of a gripe to lose them a star considering how good everything else was. We will definitely be ordering Oscar's again. 🔥”
