  “Ordered Thai Red chicken curry and Szechuan Chicken. It was 2 x Szechuan Chicken we received. Reply i got when I phoned was the chef made Red Thai Chicken curry. Well, they must have given it to someone else because neither had any coconut milk/cream anywhere near it. Lost another customer.”

  “PLEASE AVOID If there is any way I could give a zero star I would have done that. I ordered last night and didn't receive my order after waiting, I called and the lazy person who picked the phone didn't put any effort to assist but simply said they gave the order to a woman in bonnet,and they would ask the driver to come down, I phoned again and he said I should go to the woman's house to get my order, and I asked if the lazy fellow if I ordered from a kitchen or from someone's house? My mobile number was there but I didn't receive any call. And the next thing the fellow said was there is nothing they can do without any empathy and seemed to be laughing over the phone, also telling me that they are preparing to close and that the owner of the restaurant is not around. My first and my last patronage with them 😏😏”

  “Ordered from here tonight and the food was just soggy and tasteless. We have ordered before and it was lovely but really disappointing tonight. Chips didnt taste fresh whatsoever...beef was absolutely soggy and chowmein was tasteless also had prawns in it that didnt look cooked whatsoever. The whole lot went in the bin.”

  “Very big and delicious food I think I found my new favorite Chinese takeaway 🥰 I ordered it to home so not sure what atmosphere is in restaurant but I can recommend order chicken balls and fried rice yummy 😋 also we got few springs rolls for free - they also was taste”

  “Absolutely amazing! As someone who's half Chinese, I can genuinely say New Open Kitchen is absolutely delicious. The delivery people are always so friendly, and it's my absolute go-to for an amazing Chinese takeaway. Seriously, no other Chinese takeaway in Airdrie even compares! 20/10 highly recommend!”

  “Order from here lots of times for delivery and collection , tonight ordered a delivery , well 2 hours later and we are still waiting. Off to my bed for work now so what a waste of time. Called the shop was told would definitely be here for 9pm ordered just before 7pm. Never again shame cause I've used this Chinese for around 9 years”

  “Ordered a takeaway for the first time in about 10 years last night from Open Kitchen. Prawn toast and breast of chicken curry with fried rice. Delivered in 25 minutes and the meal was lovely. Definitely order from here again.”
