“Been customer many years always get the same order and very regular customer. Our famaly always got the meal deal for 2 and even got it Monday night came to £27.60 Always got chicken curry with rice ,black bean with rice and pancake rolls. Called tonight and same woman as always took my order and all of a sudden we cant get our same order. Only a choice of chicken curry or sweet and sour sauce. Then told it was small sizes, we got it Monday and have done for a few years now and it was never small. Actually thought I was on the fon to the wrong shop for a moment. Very surprised as we always got same stuff same price and same size and within 3 days price has went up size has halfed and menu has changed. So we cancelled, lost a good customer as I know prices can go up but halfing the size and doing that to a regular customer who gets the same every time is not good way to treat loyal customers.”
