We started with a short consultation, which eased my anxiety a lot. She was very professional and friendly. I felt very well taken care of during the actual appointment! First, a small section of my hair was cut off, and she was very careful to consider my wishes and preferences. During the dyeing process, my hair was a bit unruly again; instead of a reddish-brown, it only wanted to take red. But after another application, we achieved a beautiful reddish-brown tone! My hair has a subtle reddish shimmer and is perfect for autumn :) And the curls she gave me are still holding up, even two days later :) I will definitely be back; it's absolutely worth the money and time!”
