“One star is too much. Our 10-year-old son had grown his hair extra long and came to the appointment with a clear reference picture. This picture was shown – but apparently ignored. The result: cut far too short, uneven, and overall not a neat haircut. It had nothing to do with the desired style. Especially disappointing: Our son was completely distraught and crying after the appointment. Especially with children, you should take your time, listen to them, and work carefully. Absolutely incomprehensible to us. We will not be coming back.”
