  “An absolute disaster! I had to get a short haircut elsewhere afterward because my shoulder-length hair had been completely botched. A "fringe" (more like a random cut of the front section) where nobody needed it, holes cut into the underlayer and top layer of hair with thinning shears. Five different hair lengths in one strand. The right side was noticeably shorter than the left, and everything was somehow spruced up with a lot of hairspray during the blow-dry. After showering, the shock came. The 5-star hairdresser had to swallow hard and did her best. I questioned the haircut right there and then and asked for it to be fixed. It got even worse. A colleague was supposed to come and help, but that didn't help either. The owner, just one chair away, didn't respond. I paid and left. Anyone who asks me if I would recommend this salon gets a definite NO. I have never been so disappointed and disfigured.”
