  “Da Andrea was a really good dinner overall. The food was fresh, well prepared and exactly what you want from a solid Italian spot in NYC. The filetto di manzo was cooked nicely and had great flavour, the butternut squash was a great side, and the cappellacci al tartufo was rich and delicious. Even the bread and olives to start were a nice touch. Portions were good and pricing felt pretty reasonable for Manhattan. The atmosphere is definitely lively, but be prepared if you come on a Saturday night. This place was PACKED and extremely loud. Tables are close together and it gets to the point where having a normal conversation across the table can be difficult. If you like a busy, energetic NYC atmosphere, you’ll probably love it. If you’re looking for a quieter or more intimate Italian dinner, I’d definitely come on a weeknight instead. Service was good despite how incredibly busy they were, which deserves credit. One really nice touch was the host actually remembered my name when we were leaving. Something small like that goes a long way, especially when the restaurant is absolutely packed. Great hospitality and a really nice way to end the night. The washrooms, however, were gross. The floors were wet and dirty, and the whole washroom felt poorly maintained. It was a pretty big contrast from the restaurant itself and definitely needs more attention. Overall, very good Italian food, great hospitality and a fun, bustling NYC atmosphere. I’d absolutely come back, just probably not at peak time on a Saturday night, and hopefully they give the washrooms some much-needed attention.”

  “I celebrated my birthday with my bf here and it was such a great experience! The food was tasty, I especially love the steak, I ordered medium rare and it was perfect. The lady who helped us with ordering was amazing too! Will highly recommend this place to my friends🫶🥳thank you all for making my birthday special!”

  “Abdel provided top notch service. We ordered the ribeye special, snd to our surprise, they brought out a damn calf! It was delicious! Would definitely recommend and come back. We sat out by the road, and it was an awesome experience”

  “My friend and I visited on Saturday, July 25, after reading so many great reviews. We ordered the Tagliolini Neri Alle Vongole and the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, and unfortunately both were very disappointing. The sauces had no flavor. The seafood pasta was supposed to be in a white wine sauce, but there was no flavour at all, it honestly tasted like plain broth mixed with pasta. The carbonara was even more disappointing. We’ve lived in Italy and have had authentic carbonara many times, so I mentioned to our server that this wasn’t how carbonara should taste. She took it back to the kitchen, but returned saying everything was fine with the dish. They kindly offered me a replacement, so I tried the Gnocchi with Gorgonzola. It was better and at least had some flavor, but it was still pretty average. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. However, the food simply didn’t justify the prices or the rating. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back.”

  “Celebrated Mother's Day.For the appetizer we shared a Caesar Salad and the honey ricotta peperoncino flatbread both. For the mains we had three pasta dishes all were perfectly cooked. The dishes were the cavatelli in ragu sauce, A carbonara and Gnocchi dish. The service was outstanding. Attentive it not over overbearing. We ate outside because the weather was nice and both inside and outside have nice flower decorations Overall great experience Highly recommend!”

  “Today’s specials were all good. Truffle pasta was almost similar to what I had in Rome. But less cozy since it was hot day, they were keep checking AC, and door from kitchen was annoying. Staffs were all very kind and clean.”
