He's talented and always makes sure my nails come out exactly how I want them. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and the salon is always clean. “I normally don’t write reviews at all. I wish I could give 0 stars. However I feel like this one was necessary. My friend and I have been there about 3-4 times prior to our last appointment. When we walked in every one was so confused on why we were there. Come to find out they put our appointment down for the wrong day. I needed a builder gel removal. The staff member filling my nails burnt my skin in the process. I decided to get a manicure to clean up my cuticles and make my nails healthy. A different staff member decided to jam the tool into my skin causing me to bleed. It was completely careless and unnecessary. She cut it so deep I can see my raw skin now. The next day it still hurts. I really did like this place and had hopes for it but unfortunately we will not be returning.”
