  “Horrible service. I requested the most expensive pedicure. My toes looked like they had been painted by a third grader. I went back to have them painted again. I waited overnight before putting on shoes and the polish on my big toes was damaged by the shoes I put on the NEXT day. I went back for them to repair the big toe and was told they didn’t have time to help me. She asked me to come back tomorrow. I said no because I live out of town. She said she just couldn’t help me because she has other customers. She asked me to come back at 7. I said no that I’ll wait. This is beyond frustrating. Please don’t waste your money at this place. You can see how crowded they are. $45 plus $10 tip wasted.”

  “I have been here a few times and matching is something they don’t do. I have mentioned over over again that my nails and toes don’t match put they insisted it did. I do think they are nice but if you can’t tell the difference in the colors …”

  “I love this establishment. The women are personable, fun to be around and the atmosphere is familial. They remember you, make you feel welcomed and they have impeccable cleaning habits. They were clean before, but with Covid, they are going above and beyond to keep themselves and their clients healthy.”

  “This place was recommended to me. They have a sign stating that walk-ins welcomed. Got in there and was told they were to busy 😂 one person finishing up and 1 in the pedicure area. So then that means walk-ins aren't welcomed. Because a couple came in behind me and is able to get service but was taken back because they had an appointment.”

  “I didn’t catch my techs name but she was super fun, friendly, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Four stars because my step mother had come along with me and her tech didn’t finish her mani-pedi; she only received a pedicure. Otherwise, great experience.”

  “BEST PEDICURE IN WINSTON-SALEM. I’ve been coming here for over 7 years now and they never disappoint. Pedicure is very detailed and they take their time. With that being said it’s best to call ahead.. walk ins expect to wait.. but they do same day appointments and if you’re not satisfied let them know and they will fix it. 10/10 RECOMMEND and they are reasonable with pricing ❤️”
