“Very very unprofessional experience. I had an appointment scheduled, and the Kayla stood me up with no communication, and no cancellation. I found out she was out of town and that’s why she wasn’t answering! Clients schedule their time and money around appointments, and the least someone can do is communicate. I would not recommend booking HER if reliability matters to you.”
