“The good: The nail tech did a good job. The shop was clean and attractive. The staff were friendly. The bad: The pricing for services was deceptive. I had called and asked the price of a one color dip manicure and was quoted 50 dollars plus 6 dollars to remove my old manicure. I made an appointment for a dip manicure. When I arrived at the shop a woman who worked there came over and gave me a description of how they do a dip manicure. I never asked for anything special and she never mentioned any additional charges. I was surprised when I went to pay and the charge was 72 dollars! When I asked why, she listed the additional charges, like gel and other coatings. I have never paid that much for a dip manicure anywhere, including several other places in North Carolina. Very disappointed and won't be back.”
