  “1 star is the lowest, they deserve zero! My teen was quoted a price and agreed to it. AFTER Daniel began the work and was half way through, he charged her an additional $15. She was unhappy with the quality and asked for it to be fixed. After three attempts her nails were still bumpy and uneven. One nail even had a black string under the gel. She left in tears. We went back up so I could speak to the "manager" (if you can even call her that after the chubby guy was bossing her around). She insisted the work be redone for what would be a forth time, we said no and asked for them to be removed and her money be refunded. After going back and forth a chubby man came up yelling about long nails when she didn't even get long nails. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The original guy, Daniel, who had done her nails said that yes he did change the price after beginning and the "manager" still didn't care. The chubby guy got loud so I got loud. After a good 15-20 min argument the "manager" finally agreed to remove the nails and issue a refund but told us we would have to wait an additional hour. We believe she was just trying to get us to leave, but we waited. This was hands down the WORST nail experience and the most disgusting lack of professionalism. You couldn't pay me to even walk back into Nail Tek. What an absolute crap show of a nail salon.”

  “I got a manicure with no polish, $35! I know now that this salon is notorious for changing the price, or arbitrarily coming up with a price, once services are completed. It's a scam. Way overpriced, not clean, rude staff, don't chance it.”

  “So disappointed. Paid 70$ (was told 65) for almond shape.. none of them are the same shape (half are rounded). They are all different sizes and the worst nails I have had 🥺 I will never return here again, nor refer this place to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO TO TWEETYS!”
