  “My husband bought me a gift card for $50.00. They put an expiration date of 6 months, for which I dont understand why they put an expiration date on something you pay for, especially nails. When you're a mother. Sometimes you just don't have the time to get stuff done for yourself. Anyway, I go in to ask for a pedicure and asked if they would honor it, she said no, I can do 2 weeks after. I said listen, it was my birthday gift and I really didnt have the time to come in its only 3 months past due, can you please honor it. She said no! I said really!, you basically got paid $50 for nothing and that it is horrible business! I am not a complainer but very unprofessional. Thought it was about the customer. Never been there, wouldnt you rather earn business rather than push them away! Talk about stuck up!”

  “I’d heard about this place a lot through word of mouth so had to check it out. Great experience! Very clean, and my technician was super nice. So many options to choose from, and my pedi turned out perfectly. Prices very reasonable, too. I’ll definitely be back!”

  “Called Finesse nails to get a gel mani. Van did my nails and was so sweet. She did an amazing job. My nails are ugly and brittle. She added gel tips to help my real nail grow and then turned out so pretty. I will be a forever customer. Thanks Van 🥰 …”

  “Bottom line: I’ll be back should I come through Waxhaw again but I’ll make sure to come at a time that isn’t as busy. The details: Angie did a great job shaping the nail and the acrylic was really well done (thin enough to appear natural, tips fit the profile of my hand well). I’d put the French manicure design at an 8/10 but I attribute that entirely to how busy she was. Took 28 minutes to get to me after my appointment, it’s a holiday and I got an appointment same day, was happy to wait. Before she’d even finished my acrylic layer she already had two more appointments that had arrived. Attention to detail with the paint was still pretty great all things considered but she definitely was rushing at that point to get to the next client. Only sticking point to me was the salon coordinator who I hope is very green. Had to be told everything to do multiple times by Angie (down to even things like removing the trash from a previous client that was at the station she’d placed me at). Hoping she’ll get a little more comfortable and things will run more smoothly for them!”

  “This is a very overdue review, I love finesse nails & they never fail to give me anything but the best nails. I’ve been going here for years & even in college have to stay loyal to this place. Angie, Nick, and the rest of the crew always create the best atmosphere!! The photos are from a couple months ago for my prom nails where they once again killed it :)”

  “Finesse Nails always provides the best services whether it is manicures or pedicures. I can always count on the staff to be on time and polite regardless of the amount of people in the salon or the time of day. I definitely recommend Finesse if you are looking for long lasting and quality nails!”
