  “My grand daughter went in with a picture of what she wanted and they said they could do it no problem. When they said they were finished it was not even close so she reminded them of what she wanted and asked them to do finish it but they then told her they could not do what she asked and insisted she pay for it. She and I were very disappointed in the customer service but we did find another place that did what she wanted. I seriously would not recommend this place to anyone. The white tips are what she wanted the other is what they told her was best they could do.”

  “I love this whole family. Lilly is one exceptional human that works really hard. The English is rough here but the people are very kind and just normal people trying to make a living. My nails are always perfect for my life style and they are always kind enough to help me on the fly probably because they like me but I am always happy to come here. Hannah is always so busy and is always booked because she is really good at nails. This salon full of family and friends are amazing people that deserve this review.”

  “I am always pleased with the service that I receive at Lovely Nails. All of the technicians are kind and competent. The salon is well sanitized and clean. I bring my mother, and everyone treats her kindly. I recommend booking an appointment as they do get very busy. Highly recommend.”

  “I've never been to the same nail salon until I met Hannah! That woman is beyond talented and constantly blows me away and exceeds my expectations! I've never received anything but top tier customer service and if I could I'd give her 10 stars! This is the only salon I've ever recommended and I get compliments on my nails daily!”

  “10/10 I took my 6 year old for a gel pedicure and manicure, they treated her like a queen and she loved every minute! My gel pedicure turned out beautifully as well as my full set done by TEE, the whole team was outstanding! We will be back.”
