  “I prepaid $150 for a pedicure and full set because I had been experiencing card issues. While my pedicure was excellent, my experience with the nail technician was disappointing from the start. Another walk-in customer was taken before me, despite my having already paid and being told they did not have an appointment. Once seated, I attempted to show the technician a photo of the simple design I wanted and engage in polite conversation, but each interaction seemed to be met with annoyance. Eventually, I asked if everything was okay because the hostility was noticeable. The technician made little effort to color match the nude shade I requested, told me they did not have the glitter option I asked about, and overall provided an unwelcoming experience. As someone who has worked in customer service, I politely shared that clients should be made to feel comfortable and valued during a service, especially in a spa environment. My feedback was not well received. I left unhappy with both the service and the final result. My nails were much thicker than requested, the shape was not what I asked for, and despite my dissatisfaction, I left the remaining balance as a tip because I did not want there to be any misunderstanding. One week later, I have already broken a nail. I chose not to leave a review immediately or discuss my experience publicly, but after giving it time, I can honestly say I will not be returning”

  “Went in today around 10AM to get my eyebrows waxed. They did greet me as soon as I walked in and asked what I needed. When I said I needed an eyebrow wax they immediately told me they did not have time to do an eyebrow wax for me today. To me that is very bad Customer Service. You make time for your customers.”

  “I walked in for a basic wax, informed them of what I wanted, they asked me to have a sit, never once saying there wax person wasn’t in yet, after waiting for almost 30 mins for a basic wax, to not even getting it. First and very last time going to this place. It doesn’t take much to open your mouth and say that it would be a wait, at least give the person an opportunity to see if they are willing to wait or go else where. Like I said first and last time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. First experience was a very bad experience.”

  “James did an amazing job on my nails I’ve been to three salons since I’ve moved to Jacksonville and he’s done the best and did amazing cuticle care. I will be coming back every three weeks for my mani pedi and requesting James!!! It was 43$ for a fill in with a gel French tip and colored acrylic base which is an awesome deal!”

  “Besides a little wait bc they were busy? 110/10 would recommend. The lady who did my nails was very gentle and they're exactly what I wanted. don’t be fooled by the rating it’s worth it and thayre way cheaper than other places with better ratings!”
