  “So I’ve come to this place for awhile and always have my preferred techs. Some of them argue if they made the nail crooked that it’s your finger, or tell you they don’t want to do dip and they’re gonna do acrylic, ect. But I’ve never had a miserable experience until recently. I booked an appointment with a requested tech. I arrived for my appointment, they gave me another person (in had never had him before so I just went with it) His name is Andy. I asked him not to trim my toes, he filed them and then cut the inner corners of my large toes (this caused me to have terrible ingrown nails later… which is the reason I cut them myself.) I then was told that he’s gonna do my nails. I sat down for my nails and I had a specific design I wanted. I showed him. He trimmed my nails and then cut them crooked and too short for almond shape. He threw a fit when I told him I wanted dip and he told me I could t have them and that he’ll do acrylic. I got tired of arguing so whatever. I told him my nailed were crooked and he got mad. He was holding my thumb so aggressively and hard that I couldn’t pull my thumb back. He filed and filed and I said “let me see” while I tried to get my thumb back. He said nothing and was hurting me as he filed. Finally I told him I didn’t want the design because I didnt want him to touch me anymore than he had to. He destroyed my nails and my nail corners. One finger I have an ingrown nail and I’ve NEVER had an ingrown on my finger before. He was hateful and spiteful and I wish I told him off while I was there but I didn’t want to be mean. I DO NOT recommend.”

  “I came in here to get a full set of acrylics, what i got was not that. i asked for short almond with a milky white color and i was then given a short set with every single nail being a different shape, a horrible paint job where you could see every single brush stroke and fuzz and hair being in my polish. i called to come back and get them fixed. i was told i would not have to wait and to come in asap. i came in the next day and i waited for 45+ mins. i was sat down at the same lady who messed up the first time and when she asked what was wrong i told her and she began to raise her voice at me. i immediately got red in embarrassment and went quiet. at the end the manager who is extremely nice came over and apologized and made sure i was actually happy this time and then the lady said sorry. will never be back.”
