  “I never had a problem here. When I get SNS they last 3-4 weeks. I’ve seen many nail techs and they all have done a good job. Appointments are better but I have gone plenty of times without one and don’t mind to wait.”

  “Almost 2.5 hours for a shoddy fill in and pedicure. First came in and they were busy. Waited about 25 minutes, then they did my pedicure. Right before the lady was finished with my pedicure, I was told by the guy I needed to wait 30 more minutes before someone could do my acrylic fill in. Meanwhile, they took other acrylic walk in clients while I waited. Pedicure was fine, but my acrylic fill in was not the best. They're quite thick, and I've been picking acrylic out from under and around my cuticles for 2 days. It's hit or miss when I come here it seems, and for 100 dollars for a basic pedicure and fill in it's just not worth it for me anymore. **edited to add that there was more than one acrylic client yall took in the time I was waiting. Also not sure how a polish mixup that took less then 5 minutes to fix makes it to where I have to wait extra.... she had 6 toes with one coat on... not all of them done. ** Another reason not to go here anymore... owner wants to argue 🙄”

  “Listen to the other reviews. My gel didn’t even last 8 days and peeled off ON IT’S OWN in whole pieces - basically like the whole nail came off! That’s never happened to me before idk what is up with the nail polish here.. …”

  “Been wanting an American French tip for ages but couldn’t find a place that either knew what it was or wanted to put in the effort. But finally I found a place that knew what I wanted and did it beautifully! The staff were kind and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer by, cause I’d come all the time!”

  “It was bigger than I anticipated, which was nice since I was able to squeeze in an appt. But, technician could have been a lot more friendly. I did a gel and the heat from drying made the tops of my nails burn, so I pulled out quickly but just had her tap the box to put my hand back in to dry it. Also, nail filer somehow rubbed a scab under my nail bed that kinda hurt like a B. I'm not local, but being out of town I was excited for a little escape for some self time away from kids and left feeling more irritated than relaxed. I know there was a communication barrier, but still wish for more friendliness rather than just another customer.”
