  “I enjoy going to this nail salon. Most of the time there is a wait but it depends on the time of day that you go. The afternoon is normally better. I have natural nails with an overlay. I go here before I go to Gastonia.”

  “I read a lot of not so great reviews here. I have ALWAYS HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE and I am some sort of a nail snob. Yes, they get busy, sometimes the wait is long especially on days and times that are normally expected to be busy, but they ALWAYS do a great job!”

  “My experiences at this salon have been consistently disappointing. During visits, the service often feels rushed, and interactions can come across as dismissive when asking questions. The facility itself appears somewhat worn, and with limited staffing, wait times tend to be longer than expected—even when appointments are scheduled, they are not always honored upon arrival. I initially continued visiting due to the salon’s convenient location, but the overall customer service experience has not met expectations, and the quality of the results has been inconsistent. A visit to a nail salon is typically meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here, as the environment and service do not reflect the level of comfort and professionalism one would expect”

  “I got my nails done no preparation was done no cuticle care, filing or anything just a quick buff and bam nail glue and nails. I let that go but eventually things added up I wanted what I wanted and was told what I wanted would've cost more …”

  “Made me wait to get a manicure when there was only one other customer there? They need more employees bottom line. I don’t have time to wait for them to decide if they want to wait on me or not. I’ll pay more for better service else where or just use press on nails.”

  “I had the worst service there today 04.19.24. I will NEVER go back!!!! I asked the lady to clip my toenails three times. She kept telling me, I needed to go to the nail area and they will do it. I went to the nail area, the other lady said, she didn’t do it over there, which was in the pedicure area. I asked for a manicure and pedi. She just started working on my nails without cutting my cuticles or anything. Then when she started cutting my toes, she put my feet in her lap and cut them. She buffed my nails with such an attitude. I will never go back there. The paper she gave me to put my feet on to do my nails under the manicure chair was dirty. I called her out on that. Never again.”

  “I love going here every 2 weeks they are always so welcoming and they do what is asked and I just love this place. And I have crooked fingers and they just carry on. These are my natural nails which they helped me get to. Thanks guys”
