  “I think the ladies and gentlemen do great work here. the only thing that I don't like is when they choose to make a joke about a service or you they switch languages. Ricky has selective hearing when someone is wrong. He will ignore u..just rude.The list is always a headache because they can't keep up and ppl have to constantly ask there place & argue about being skipped. They refuse to get up to date with technology. Maybe a sign in kiosk would help.. honestly if it wasn't for Kelly I would take my business elsewhere because I've been in more luxurious places that offer unlimited drinks or even a bottle of water for free for the same prices and no extra charge to use debit.I would like them to know that there is a such thing as translation via phone. If used we do know what is being said in their language lol ijs Also charging a surcharge to use a debit card is illegal. They charge $2 extra to use your debit card”

  “These people are like family to me.I've been going there for over 3 years.And I will never change it until I move out of north carolina Nancy is amazing with my eyelashes. Will is wonderful. At my nails at my feet. Everybody else is right alike.”

  “Nancy does my cluster lashes. Sometimes Kelly does is Nancy isn’t there. They’re both great. There’s no appointments. Walk in only. I do like that they let you sign in and call you when it’s your turn so I can wait in my car if there are a lot of people there. They are affordable and pretty nice. The nail quality isn’t the best depending on the tech but it isn’t the worst either.”

  “First time going here the wait was long but they called when it was my turn to go so I didn’t have to sit in there. My nails were done great I had not got them done for years prior. One thing I really liked they put extra glue around the little accessories for your nails, any other nail shops I have been to only put a drop a glue . 👎🏽 They only use gel so i wouldn’t go if you prefer regular polish. Later on that same day after getting my nails done one popped off so I’m not sure how to feel about that.”

  “First time customer - They accept walk-ins. I purchased three services: fill in with a design (manicure), pedicure, and eyelashes. The ladies are quick. I was out of there within a hour and a half. Everything was done right. The ladies are kind and professional.”

  “1st time visiting. Super super busy that's why appointments are not allowed. Customers are loud profanity is the norm. However nail techs are awesome. Their work is great and they take their time no matter how many people are waiting. Jenni was my tech.”
