  “I called and asked if they had availability for mani pedi, I was told that they did and headed right over. I was seated pretty quickly, the woman who did my toes seemed nice, but it is honestly a pretty poor polish job. My manicure was awful. I showed an inspiration picture before even getting started and they told me that they could definitely do that. The colors and design are incredibly off. When I first noticed the base color being wrong, I brought it to the nail tech’s attention and was told that it was correct and that they did not have another color that would match (they did). The tech kept jumping up during the middle of doing my nails and then would randomly come back. While he was doing my nails be was on TikTok the entire time/texting and not paying attention to my manicure. It’s just very disheartening because I have a special event this weekend and really wanted my nails to look good. My usual salon in town did not have availability, this was my first and last time visit visiting this salon. I feel like I paid $110 for a botch job that I could’ve done at home.”
