  “Lucky nails is not my customary nail salon, but gave it try this weekend. Unfortunately the experience was not ideal. My daughter and I both had our nails done. The nail tech was obviously annoyed he was having to paint a child’s nails, constantly sighing heavily, grabbing my daughter arms and pulling her towards the table in a rude manner. At one point he grabbed her shoulders and pulled her towards the table while asking “maam” are you ready. She is 7 years old. Every other salon I have visited has been extremely nice to children. He would grab her hands, look around the salon in a frustrated fashion, as though he was looking to complain to a fellow employee or wanting someone else to come finish the service of painting a child’s nails. Paying customers should not have to observe a business employee showing their frustration for performing their job. And especially not towards a child. We will not be visiting this salon again.”

  “My toes after a $50 pedicure. They acted like they Was in a race to see who could get finished first. It was me and my 2 daughters. Getting 3 pedicures and We all also got 3 full sets. This was my toes after the pedicure. And I had to file my nails on one hand to get them decent once we left.”

  “They get two stars because my pedicure was OK. I asked for a design for my nails and was told no because they didn’t have the glitter and then I showed them a different photo and try to see if I could get that was told no because again they didn’t have the right polish, but they have an entire wall of polish and dip powders. the lady that did my nails didn’t even try, so instead of getting what it is that I asked for, I got just a plain French tip. I showed her another design of nails and said that I wanted something similar to that with a little bit of modifications and she said that she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the right color of polish or something along those lines and that she couldn’t do the shape because I had already asked for them to be cut too short when I wanted a short coffin. I showed her that I had already previously had the nails done the exact way of the photo that I had showed her with them being short because I work in construction I needed them to be short. I left with nails that I did not want because she did not even want to try. She was not accommodating at all. She did not try for anything. There was no creativity. It was just such a bad experience. I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have my nails fixed and repainted With the design that I wanted because she just didn’t want to try. The first photo will be what I originally asked for, the second photo will be the nails that I asked for after she said no, the third picture is the nails that I had previously but done a little bit different. The fourth picture will be a screenshot of my nails when I had them how I asked for to be done again the last 2 photos Are what I left with.”

  “the nails have no apex. The shapes are uneven and the nail polish was chunky and didn’t go down to my cuticle. It looked a week old.”

  “They're awesome!!! I've been going on a regular basis for about a year now and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. They always take their time and make sure I get what I want and if I have an issue, they don't mind fixing it. My card declined one time and the tech that did my nails was very understanding and was even willing to let me pay later. Thankfully I didn't have to do that I just moved some funds around but that was a very trusting thing for her to even consider. I recommend them to my friends & family when that comes to visit. ❤️”

  “Lucky Nails & Spa is an excellent nail salon! The staff is very nice. They always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. My nail tech today was Mya. She did a wonderful job on my gel nails and pedicure with gel polish. You should visit this nail salon! It will be worth the trip.”
