“This place is the pits. I recently went in to have a refill. The tech at station 5 had a bad attitude. I had an appointment with her. She was rough and harsh. She didn't speak to me. She burned me several times with the drill. The nail job was awful. She can do good work as I've been to her before. After I told her about burning me and harshly she started speaking another language with the other techs. This is extremely rude because they seem to be laughing at the customers. Nobody expects to be treated this way. I left extremely displeased and found a tech that speaks English and is professional. This place lost 2 good customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.Tips and Toes”
