  “I'm so disappointed with this place because of the positive reviews I read and then the service I received. I came in as a walk in for a full acrylic set and there was no wait but that's where it all went down hill. The technician *if I'd even call her that* was so rough with the drill on my nails, she cut me to bleeding 3 times and during the application of the acrylic she was getting it everywhere on my hands. The acrylic was dripping down my skin. And once it hardened she went back in with the drill, hitting my skin multiple times and pushing so hard around my nails with her own nail I still have nail shaped marks the next day. She gave me a book with some gel polish colors to pick one, and so I did and she went and grabbed the wrong color. When I told her that wasn't what I asked for she said it's close enough. *I asked for a light pink with glitter and she brought over a very obviously purple polish* and then she said they didnt have it so I picked another and they didn't have it. I picked 3 different colors before I gave up and just told her it was fine. *I was treating myself to nails for my birthday and had what I wanted in my mind* The polish application was par. Over all an incredibly awful experience that left my fingers absolutely tore up and sore.”

  “Amazing! Service was the best I've ever had. I'm so thankful I found Seashell nail spa. Thao went above and beyond giving the best experience ever. My nails are so pretty, pedicure was relaxing and comfortable. She was so patient as I am very picky and it's hard to make up my mind. She was not pushy only helpful and wanted to make my experience great. She is my forever nail girl. She was very fun and full of happiness. Can't wait to come back can't say enough about my experience! Thank you Thao 😊”

  “Over priced, argumentative, unskilled. I can’t believe I had to pay $150 only to argue with the nail tech about what I wanted. Here’s a tip, if I’m paying- give me what I’m asking for and not what you think I should wear. Lucky for me, the nail color that she picked out actually turned out okay, but the actual nail shape and style is far too thick and chunky looking, after 3 hours of going back and forth I gave up. Paid their ridiculous price ($150 for a pedicure with gel polish, and gel polish on my nails) and left, but I’ll never go back.”
