“I had an appointment, but upon arriving at the salon, I was told that they had not recorded my booking. Instead, they allowed walk-in customers to go ahead of me. There was no apology or attempt to make it right; I was simply told to come back later. This was incredibly frustrating, as it resulted in a wasted trip and unnecessary travel expenses. Beyond the poor scheduling, the customer service and the staff's attitude were quite unprofessional. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience. If you are planning to visit, please be aware that appointments may not be honored, and you might be better off walking in instead.”

“Dishonest and poor quality work. My sister and I received gift cards for gel mani/pedis from here for Christmas, and we went in to get them last Monday (12/29). I thought about leaving a review that day since I felt a little scammed, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see the quality of work. However, my gel manicure is already lifting, and it has not even been a week and a half. While doing my manicure, my tech said that since my nails are short, she would use another layer of gel that is supposed to make it last a really long time. I didn’t think anything of it and just thanked her for thinking of that, since any time I’ve had a manicure before, the techs always have their own way of doing things and ideas of what works best. I didn’t find out until we were checking out, and my sister paid $85 (which was what our gift cards were for), that I had to pay for this extra layer of gel. I was charged $93, and at no time did my tech tell me it was an $8 up-charge. Had she mentioned that, I would’ve said no, but she told me she was just doing it for me. So, not only was I up-charged for an add on I didn’t ask for, but the extra layer isn’t even helping the manicure last a ‘really long time.’ I would not recommend this salon. If you do choose to go, be cautious of upselling under the guise of kindness.”
