  “I walked in and asked if I could get a builder gel fill in. I was told that I could. I sit down, the tech files my nails down and starts to apply nail dip. I asked her what she was doing, and she informed me that she was applying nail dip. I inform her that I had wanted builder gel. She proceeds to tell me that the shop doesn't carry builder gel. At this rate, it's late, no other shops are open and you just filed my nails down and I needed them to be presentable for an event. I told her to proceed. I'm in a situation I can't get out of. If I had known this shop was limited, I would have taken my business elsewhere or not get my nails done. I've worked hard to maintain my natural nails. The service was speedy and efficient. The payment was reasonable. I just wish I wasn't baited and switched.”

  “Been coming here for 2 years. Called to see if I could get a mani/pedi with Mindy and the lady on the phone said come now there’s no wait. When I arrive (5 mins after I called) she said she’s just finishing up and sat me to soak my feet. After 30 mins I left because I couldn’t wait any longer and that is definitely a long wait. I could have come at a different time, really don’t like having my time wasted like that. Hate to lose Mindy but I value respect and truths. This has been happening the last few times I’ve came.”

  “If I could I would've given jade nails a 0. I've been with this nail place since they were on Huron st in Pontiac. Tom has done my nails all the time except when he's not there. He wasn't there the beginning of December. His mother n law stated that Tom say he not do your nails no more. I said girl stop playing. I could see she was serious. I said why? She said she doesn't know why. I called Tom to ask him at the end of Dec. I said Tom Tweet said you weren't going to do my nails he said no I'm not. I said why? He said know reason. I said Tom ppl just don't stop doing a person's nails 4 know reason. He NEVER gave an explanation. 20+ yrs of my money and this is how you treat ppl. Black people at that whom are primarily your source of income. Mind you there has NEVER been any controversy or issues between myself or any workers in there. Black ppl stop going to this establishment please!! If not you'll be next.”

  “I asked the oldest lady did she know how to do the French tip style before she started and she said yes & couldn’t even paint my nails neatly. I had he stop after the first nail and was still charged $43 for short clear nails no apology or difference on her end . 0/ 10”
