  “1st time was ok. 2nd time it just seemed like we weren’t welcome. My neighbor and I returned they were quiet and the wife seemed angry. She was very rough and unfriendly, never really spoke to me Her own nails were long and very sharp when she was working on me. Not sure what was going on they were arguing between themselves. We won’t go back”

  “From far away, passable. From up close, not so much. Second to las last pic is inspo, last pic is what I wanted but they said the nail art was too much, so plan B. Straightforward, Xmas nails, essentially red french tips, almond, medium. This was my first time at the salon. The tech didn't use a nude base coat, the red tips are VERY crooked, and he nicked me a couple times at the cuticle line. There's also air bubbles in the gel, like in nearly every single nail. Is that normal? I came to get gel nails because my regular lady doesn't do apres gel x anymore. I got the vibe that my nail tech at Phoenix doesn't do nails regularly. Maybe not, but it took 2 hours, which is wild to me. I paid $85 + tip for this. I think the price is fair because I also had removal plus he put on acrylic tips for the shape. I might return, but only for a basic, one color manicure. I would not ask for any nail art or fancy designs, which is what I'm used to. I was not impressed but my expectations might have been too high.”

  “This was one of my favorite places to go but recently I feel like I was overcharged. I got a dip/overlay change and my eyebrows done for a total of $83 I never been charged this much by them so this was a shock. I got my nails done Friday and yesterday one of the nails chipped and one cracked so I went back today, Monday to get them fixed and was charged $8 for the fix. I never been charged for a fix so I’m not sure what’s going on.”
