  “I have never gotten my nails serviced and received work that looks so bad in my life. I got a pedicure and requested “milky white polish” the person who serviced me put gel and then upcharged me $15 for it. Now there was no conversation that shellac/gel was an up charge beforehand. I would’ve paid it but the fact that it was just added doesn’t sit right with me to do that under the table The manicure? Absolutely not. The apex is so bad that you can feel indentations on all 10 nails. There’s no side polish and they are misshapen. I originally wanted a design but midway through changed my mind when I saw how bad it was. I tried trusting the process but it just got worse and worse. I wanted to get it removed but I had also been there almost two hours. The staff standing next to the check in clerk tried adding services I didn’t receive also. She did not service me or even speak to me the entire time but came up and said “and you got removal right?” I said no and she asked if I was sure. Then she said “but you got French?” Again, I clearly did not. Because of this I got an itemized receipt and saw that I was charged $15 for gel (on a gel pedi) and another 5 for “length”. Would not recommend at all. Please go elsewhere if you care about your hands because I’ve wanted to cry since I left”

  “Have been going here for a while now. Have loved their work. But over the past 2 to 3 months seems like everytime I go get a fill im paying also for them to fix 1,2,3 nails because they break and they been breaking on the tip where the fake nail gets glued at. Really disappointed with this last fill I went in there had 2 broken nails I told them before they started my nails Have been breaking they told me to sit-down number 13 I went and sat she fixed my 2 nails this was sunday day before memorial day so on monday a nail broke went tuesday to get it fixed it was free because I was within my 3 days my son's graduation was yesterday 5/29/2026 well guess what the day before another nail broke and didnt have enough time to go get it fixed. Plus now im over it if im paying 80 dollars to get my nails done I dont expect them to break so soon. I won't be back.”

  “I loved the way my themselves nails turned out and I’ve gone here quite a few times over the past year or two. Today the man who did my nails hurt me at pretty much every stage of the acrylic set. I told him it hurt and he continued to tell me to relax my hands and that it was okay. He filled right along the edge of my nail repeatedly and used the electronic Tool extremely hard on my cuticles and they are still red. Additionally, i walked out polish around my fingers and on my hand. For 66.99 (before a coupon I had) I am disappointed. I’m super bummed that this was my experience today and won’t be returning back here.”

  “Horrible experience. I was there almost 4 hours and didn’t leave satisfied. I asked for a nail design and the guy told me he could do it and couldn’t. Had to ask multiple people for help. Almost every nail is crooked, and a different shape. During application 2 nails came flying off they were so rough. They charged me for length plus I booked a full set you you’d think that was included. The designs beads came off not even 24 hours after. And he did not file off the polish all the way that I made him remove. Will not go back. Pics of what I asked for, and after several failed attempts what I left with.”
